What we do:
We will perform an evaluation of your home and offer recommendations on what needs to be done to make it most appealing to the widest range of buyers. This includes an “inside and outside” thorough walk-thru with suggestions on how best to showcase the assets of your home. In addition, we will do actual “staging” of the home including rearranging or adding furniture, accessories and art to create appeal that attracts buyers and top-dollar offers. Buyers will be able to see themselves living in your home.
